Six Reasons to Hit Success Club Each Month

As a Beachbody Coach, we can earn these things called "Success Club Points." Each point is based off someone you helped. Each month I like to track what our team has done and recognize the giant ripple effect they are creating!

Success Club is such a cool thing. Get this - if you earn it your first 3 months as a coach, you actually earn a FREE TICKET to our annual conference (Summit) which is a $295 value.

On top of that, we earn moolah towards vacations (my hubs and I are going on a free cruise in 9 weeks!) and on stage recognition during Summit the more you hit Success Club.

All in all, the more people we help, the more successful we are. Not a bad motivator, eh?

If you follow me on Facebook, you know that each month I like to brag on our team. I post a leader board with our top coaches of the month showcased! It's the least I could do to congratulate them on our progress and growth.

I love encouraging our team because:

• It's not always easy to DO WHAT IT TAKES. 
• It's not always easy to practice self-discipline. 
• These coaches on this list are showing up and this is proof. 
• These are some amazing people!

Achieving Success Club is more than just a graphic with your name on it though. It's a personal decision and BENCHMARK every coach with business goals should set.

The benefits of Success Club:

(1) FREE LEADS: If you are an Emerald Coach or above, (which just means you have signed up 2 coaches on your team), you earn free customer leads!

Beachbody is such a powerhouse that there are customers filing in from every which-a-way. So if someone orders via general Beachbody website or call in from infomercial... They want that customer to get results.

And since we firmly believe that the magic piece of the puzzle is SUPPORT from a Beachbody Coach, they assign each customer to a coach. This is a lead.

So if you are an Emerald or above coach and you achieve Success Club, you are in line to receive a few of these assigned customers each month. #hello

(2) FREE VACATIONS: Each year, Beachbody plans a big fat vacation to give back to those who consistently hit Success Club the prior year. For example: in 2014, my husband and I cruised with thousands of Beachbody Coaches (this was his first Beachbody experience) and we met some of our best friends that week!
In 2015, we flew to an all-inclusive resort in Cancun where Beachbody treated us like rockstars. And in just 9 weeks, we sail off to Jamaica on the Oasis of the Sea (the largest cruise ship everrrr). (3) FREE TICKET TO SUMMIT: For all new coaches, this is something to really look into! When you hit Success Club your first 3 months in a row, you earn the title "Success Starters" and a free ticket to our annual conference (in Nashville this summer). That's a $295 value. But really, going to Summit is worth a bazillion dollars because of the experience.

(4) RECOGNITION: Be a leader and hit Success Club twelve months in a row! When you do this, you earn the title, "Success Club All Star." Take it a step further and hit it 24 months in a row, you are a "Success Club Legend." You will be recognized on stage at Summit in front of 30k coaches!

(5) GROW YOUR BUSINESS: As if you needed more motivation to annihilate Success Club each month, this is also the recipe for growing your income. This is a guaranteed way for you to have your Shakeolgy $ covered and go help new customer & coaches each month.

(6) TEAM RANK: You may have heard of us bragging that we are a TOP 100 team out of 400,000. How is that determined? By the number of people on our team hitting Success Club. Yep. The rank we are in the company DOES NOT have to do with my fancy pants performance, it's all about how many people our team HELPS. The more dedicated and successful YOU are, the higher our rankings will be in the company.

Let's have some fun... Did you know:

1. When you hit SC, you will have better see.
2. When you hit SC, the sky will be bluer.
3. When you hit SC, all of the cookie cakes that you eat will be calorie free.

Those are really unsaid benefits of SC. Scouts honor. ;)

I know that we are all motivating in different ways. But I want to know what motivates you. I've categorized 4 different buckets:

1. Some people want to hit SC because they are competitive and to not hit it would make them a loser.

2. Some people might be motivated to hit SC because they really know and entrust the system. They want to achieve it in their business and to increase their financial income every month. Success club is the most sure fired way to that.

3. Some people hit SC because they know how important they will make someone feel. They themselves will feel absolutely rewarded knowing they were able to help at least 3 people that month.

4. Some people want to hit SC because they will be probably recognized. That's cool, right? Don't we want to be recognized for hard work? I do!

SUMMARY: Success Club is your RIDE OR DIE kinda thing! If you miss if one month, pick yourself up and let's try again! Ask your sponsor for some advice, training, mentorship, support, accountability. Ask the Success Club fairies to sprinkle dust on you. But if you want to grow your business, this is how :)
