It's AMAZING to watch your friends and family work hard and get results!
Each month I host an online fitness accountability group. Since I started as a Beachbody Coach in 2013, There are internal changes that will happen once you start establishing healthier habits.
I mean, we have LOTS of external goals. We want to have learner arms. Slimmer waist. A few abs popping out. But what matters most in my Challenge Groups is the INTERNAL transformation going on every day!
Watching the number of the scale go down is amazing because there is instant gratification. There is a TANGIBLE affirmation that what you are doing is getting results. But to sit back and reflect on how you are growing internally, that takes some additional work. Think about how you FEEL. Measure that. Are you happier? Are you more confident?
Watch this video I share in my groups:
I need you guys to take a mental shift and to love yourself. Stop your negative thoughts. Wake up in the morning and tell yourself you are worth it and it is okay for you to spend time thinking about yourself. Set priorities and make yourself a priority. That is how you can find balance.
Second, I need you guys to FAIL FORWARD. You have a goal. You run after it. But if you fall off the bandwagon... get back up! Sometimes we fail! Is it fun? No. You can get up and do it again. Do not let a failure remain a failure by not learning from it.
So if you have a goal to lose 10 pounds, and you just ate a dozen of donuts yesterday, shake it off! Today is a new day, be better than you are yesterday If you stumble, do not quit!
The last tip is to set priorities. You are going to spend time where it is important to you, so you need to go ahead and commit now. Set a time, make a priority, make sure you set time to do shakeology. Do not slack on this yet.
We are all going to be growing much larger than just some type of physical transformation, which is fantastic and motivating!
I really want you guys to grow inside!
