What is this new "COUNTRY HEAT" workout program?

If you love country music and dance you’re going to love this new workout routine called Country Heat.

It’s a super simple workout routine that anyone can do and makes getting fit really easy without feeling like you’re really working out at all.

What exactly is COUNTRY HEAT and why is it so amazing?

Now you can fire up your metabolism, burn calories, and melt away unwanted pounds while you have fun dancing to the hottest country music around.

Country Heat uses a combination of easy-to-follow, high energy country dance-inspired moves that totally fire up your body. The workout is only a 30 minutes long which makes it easy to get fit and toned even if you have a busy schedule like I do.

Each Country Heat workout is totally exhilarating with low-impact movement to melt off the weight and reshape your body-toning and tightening your shoulders, arms, legs, and booty.

The trainer for this workout is the wonderful Autumn Calabrese and she makes it fun and easy to start getting fit. There's no complicated moves you simply follow along and you'll be right in step from Day One.

Every move is set to the hottest popular country music out there which makes it really fun and you won't even notice that you're toning your body and scorching the fat!

Plus, it comes with an easy-to-follow portion control nutrition plan which I've talked about before which makes it easy to maximize your results, while still eating what you want.
