What is this new "Core De Force" program?





 There comes a time when you meet your soulmate program. This is mine. Name a Beachbody program and I have likely tried it. Working out 20-40 minutes a day has just become a part of my life. It's taken several years of discipline to make fitness a habit. But I wanted to treat it like brushing my teeth.

WHAT IS CORE DE FORCE?
